Portal Effects are triggered when no more wins can be achieved – these include:

Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness may sound complicated but its simpler than it reads once you get playing – basically, cascading wins are the key to winning big here with the Portal Effect features coming into play. Look and Feel

This game certainly looks the business with its HD graphics and live-animation effects.

The backdrop to the reels is set in a dark, sinister hall. Pillars sit either side and a statue of a fallen angel surrounded by flames is at the very the back. Lightning strikes outside and a swirling mist adds to the gloom, while Riche Wilde stands to the right of the reels clutching the Tome Of Madness.

He’s one brave galah, that’s for sure.

Add to the mix a dramatic soundtrack that builds up and echoes as your game play progresses (it sounds a bit like Bonnie Tyler, to be honest), and you’ve got yourselves a winner.
